What is FitTripper?
FitTripper is a marketplace for gyms and fitness centers that allows users to find and book gym passes, as well as related hotel recreation services, across SE Asia.
Where is FitTripper available?
In SE Asia FitTripper is currently available with full booking functionality in Thailand (Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai), Bali and Cambodia (Phnom Penh and Siem Reap). In Latin America the search & discover function is present in Chile (Santiago, Valparaiso & Vina), Peru (Cusco, Lima, Machu Picchu), Ecuador (Quito) and Colombia (Bogota, Cartagena).

How can I contact customer support?
What should I do when I arrive at the gym?
All you need to do is show your confirmation email or in-app confirmation number at the reception and go enjoy your workout!
What types of passes are available?
You can choose from daily, weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month & yearly passes.
How to use the platform?
- Select the city you’d like to explore.
- Choose your pass duration from the ticket icon on the upper right.
- Scroll through the gym & fitness options via the Listing view (default) or the Map view.
- Click "Filter" to pin-point just what your looking for: you can filter for Equipment, Classes, Amenities, Neighborhood, Opening/Closing Hours and Price.
- Select the fitness listing option that’s right for you, and learn more via their individual page.
- When you find what’s right, click “Book now”, Check out, save major money.
- Arrive at the gym, show them your confirmation number, and have a killer workout!
Can I see the gym’s class schedules?
Absolutely! For website, open the gym’s individual listing page and at the bottom of the "Prices" section you will see the "Class Schedule", click there.
Is there a subscription?
FitTripper is pay-as-you-go, not a subscription service. We are marketplace to efficiently present the different passes and options that the gyms have, and you can purchase those passes often at steep discounts via FitTripper. However you do not subscribe to any subscription plan with FitTripper. Just find the pass that’s right for you at any given moment, and book/pay for it online. It’s that simple.
What payment methods are available?
Most gyms accept online payments, which means you can easily pay online using your credit or debit card. If the gym you selected doesn’t accept online payments, you’ll be notified about it upon clicking "Book now" and will pay in cash at the gym.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel for a full refund within 1 hour after you placed your booking (note that if you did not sign up to FitTripper and checked out as a Guest you will not have the ability to cancel). On website, click on the circle in the upper right corner of the page. Click "View Profile". Click "Bookings". You will see the Cancel button next to your Upcoming booking.
My payment method didn’t go through, what should I do?
Please reach out to us at [email protected] and/or contact your bank, as typically the reason is the customer’s bank rejecting the payment processing, not FitTripper.
